Return policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If the customer does not like to wait for personal reasons to return the goods because of the size, we do not bear the return shipping cost, and the customer needs to bear the return freight cost. No restocking fee is charged to the customer for returns.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or unrefunded refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please re-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is officially announced. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of this work and still have not received a refund, please contact us via the following methods.
